Our patented robotic application delivers environmentally safe, chemically resistant and highly-durable PipeArmor® high-build polymer (polyurea-based) liners to achieve improved protection against wall loss or degradation of hydraulic performance, due to corrosion and erosion in existing as well as for new systems to be installed.  Our solutions span from 6-inch (152.4 mm) up to 174 inch (4419 mm) diameter industry piping.

Polyurea Liner Application Methodology
After cleaning is performed per specification and pre CCTV documentation is completed, we use highly-advanced patented robotic systems to spray-in-place proprietary varieties of our PipeArmor® polyurea lining material to the interior surface of pipe systems. The materials are deposited with an engineered requirements calculated lining of from 60 mil up to >500 mil thicknesses – uniquely done in a single pass.
